Collective Change: Centering the Next Generation in Memphis
Every year, The Collective Blueprint strives to support young adults on their journey towards socioeconomic mobility. In 2023, we saw hundreds of our graduates realize their dreams of starting careers in technology and the skilled trades.
Our alumni have collectively experienced $1.4 million in growth, demonstrating how we get to greater economic mobility in our city.
This year, we are expanding our pathways to include advanced manufacturing and healthcare.
We also saw more evidence of our collective theory for change through the impactful 'Blueprint for Change' campaign by The Collective Blueprint alumni during the mayoral election and through our 'Move for Memphis' initiative.
Now, more than ever, change must be collective. We partner with young adults, local businesses, government officials and important donors like you to lead the future change we want to see.
